Security Officer Perimeter Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed by site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random vehicle and/or foot patrols throughout the residential community common areas, streets, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and resident traffic in accordance with community policies; assist with directions and general information as needed.;
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities in clear, accurate reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
