Provide customer service to residents, visitors, contractors, and/or guests while carrying out security-related procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random vehicle and foot patrols throughout residential common areas, streets, amenities, entry points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and contractor activity in accordance with community policies and established procedures.;
Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and promptly communicate security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and policy violations to designated personnel.;
Respond to resident concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
