We are hiring experienced Mining Outage Crew Members (Deployment Assignment) Tucson AZ area
Position OverviewThis role supports an industrial facility during an outage period when equipment is taken offline for cleaning, repairs, or system maintenance. Work continues until all assigned tasks are completed and may require extended shifts, consecutive workdays, and schedule changes based on operational needs. This is a deployment project, and you will be temporarily assigned to the area for the duration of the outage.
Deployment& Travel Details
- Company-provided hotel lodging in the local Benson, AZ area
- Transportation is provided daily from the hotel to the job site and back; however, candidates must be able to travel to the Benson, AZ area on your own.
- Shift details to be determined, $22 per hour
- $45 per diem issued each day for meals and incidentals
- You must be able to remain on assignment for the full duration of the project
- Perform hydro blasting, pressure washing, and industrial cleaning
- Assist with vacuum operations, debris removal, and general outage cleanup
- Support shutdown and startup procedures as directed by site leadership
- Operate or assist with specialized industrial equipment (training provided)
- Participate in safety meetings and follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Work extended hours or non-traditional shifts as needed
- Maintain readiness for demanding physical tasks and a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, climbing, standing for long periods, and working in confined spaces or at heights
- Must pass drug screening and comply with all site safety requirements
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and extended shifts
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to travel for multi-day or multi-week assignments and remain deployed for the full project duration
- Prior experience with industrial cleaning, hydro blasting, or vac truck operations
- Experience working in outage, shutdown, or plant environments
- OSHA or related safety certifications – MUST show ALL OSHA certifications to qualify
