Maintain, troubleshoot and repair plant and equipment HVAC systems (chillers, split units, refrigeration);
Inspect and perform daily maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and chillers;
Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance to ensure asset reliability;
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics and monitor equipment for defects;
Assist ARP Planners with scheduling and prioritizing maintenance activities
