Refrigeration Technician $32-$40 Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration systems and ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.

• Read and interpret blueprints and compliance schematics.
• Install PLC control systems and refrigeration units.
• Observe and test newly built systems for functionality.
• Troubleshoot refrigeration equipment failures.
• Replace worn seals, outer shells, and motors.

• Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, and repair.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical failures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• HVAC certification.
• Braising and soldering skills.
• Advanced mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience as a refrigeration technician.
• Able to lift heavy equipment.

Work in an air‑conditioned manufacturing facility on an assembly line in a climate‑controlled environment. The role requires the ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds, climb portable ladders, and use personal protection equipment. The position demands good manual dexterity and coordination.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Mesa, AZ.
