What You'll Tackle:
Diagnose and repair all components of irrigation systems — valves, solenoids, diaphragms, breaks, and more Adjust and replace heads/nozzles for peak performance and coverage Install and operate controllers — especially SMART and 2-wire systems (preferred) Maintain your vehicle inventory, generate accurate repair billing, and stay ahead of job deadlines Manage your route with strong time management and minimal oversight Lift up to 50 lbs and complete tasks efficiently, professionally, and with pride

What We're Looking For:

Verifiable experience repairing and troubleshooting irrigation systems Strong understanding of turf and plant water needs in Arizona's climate Clear communicator who can prioritize tasks and adapt on the fly Valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean 39-month MVR (Insurance requires 26+) Reliable, consistent, and driven to exceed expectations Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus — but not required Why Join Care Scape?
