We are currently hiring an EXPERIENCED residential HVAC Service Technician that has at least 2 full years of residential HVAC service experience in diagnostics & troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of residential service processes including sales and customer service.

Service Technician – Residential

• Monday through Friday
• 40+ hours per week
• Overtime available
• Once a month on‑call rotation, dispatched from home

$70,000 - $150,000 per year. Uncapped earning potential

• This position performs service, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems in a residential setting.
• Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs.
• Educate customers on their systems and maintenance requirements.
• Makes written recommendations to improve customers system.
• Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Conveys a safety‑conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving.
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside.

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC service minimum. 4+ years preferred.
• Universal EPA Certified.
• Proficient understanding of refrigerant, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation/repair of all residential and light commercial systems.
• Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings.
• Ability to consult on customer complaints and make repair and replacement decisions.
• Understand and apply all codes for residential and light commercial.
• Ability to handle system startup and adjustments.
• Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a condition offer of employment.
• Previous experience with Service Titan software is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
• Strong ability to multi‑task while maintaining a positive mental attitude.
