Jenco is growing fast and we’re hiring Electricians at all levels — from Apprentices with 3+ years of experience to experienced Foremen — to support our commercial and industrial work across the Phoenix metro area.

• Apprentice Electricians (3+ years of experience)
• Journeyman & Lead Electricians

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems on commercial and industrial projects
• Work alongside experienced crews, Foremen, and Service leaders
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings
• Perform new construction, tenant improvements, and service work (T&M, troubleshooting, repairs)
• Ensure jobsite safety and quality workmanship
• For Foremen: lead crews, coordinate work, and drive production
• For Service Techs: troubleshoot issues, work directly with customers, and solve real-world problems

• Projects located throughout the Phoenix metro area

• Field (any level) → Estimating / Project Management / Leadership

• Experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical work (level-dependent)
• Strong understanding & commitment to jobsite safety
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Ability to pass drug screening
• Ability to pass a background check (Foremen)
• Electrical experience (varies by level):
  • Apprentices: 3 to 4 years
  • Journeymen: 4+ years
  • Foremen: 5+ years
