We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. This role requires a skilled technician capable of handling various HVAC installations, leading a team, and ensuring top-quality workmanship. As a lead installer, you are an extension of Semper Fi Heating and Cooling, representing our company with professionalism and integrity.

• Install package units (ground and roof), mini-splits, and horizontal/vertical split systems.
• Perform ductwork installations and modifications, including cut-ins for return and supply vents.
• Work in harsh/hot conditions for extended periods (8+ hours daily).
• Lift 50+ lbs regularly and maneuver equipment safely.
• Use and maintain all necessary lead installer tools, including gauges, vacuum pumps, torches, and testing equipment.
• Operate a company vehicle-must have a clean driving record.
• Work well with team members, demonstrating strong communication skills with both coworkers and homeowners.
• Uphold a strong work ethic, be responsible, and quickly learn new processes.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude, understanding that you represent Semper Fi Heating and Cooling at all times.

• Minimum 2-4 years of HVAC installation experience.
• Proficiency in installing all types of HVAC systems listed above.
• Ability to troubleshoot installation challenges and provide solutions.
• Must own all necessary lead tools for installations.
• Strong customer service skills-ability to interact professionally with homeowners.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for company vehicle use).
• EPA Certification (preferred but not required).
• Candidates must pass a drug test and a background check as a condition of employment.
