Trillium Construction is seeking dependable, experienced Commercial Electrical Apprentices for a large scale new construction cold storage facility project.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
Pay: $30–$32 per hour, depending on experience.
Work will continue through spring 2027.

• Install EMT, rigid, and other conduit systems
• Measure, cut, thread, and bend conduit
• Pull wire and cable through conduit systems
• Perform rough‑in work for commercial electrical systems
• Install lighting fixtures, supports, and associated components
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and project layouts
• Assist with equipment installation and electrical infrastructure build‑out
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment
• Follow all site safety requirements and company policies

• Minimum 2 years of commercial electrical experience
• Experience running conduit and pulling wire
• Familiarity with commercial rough‑in work
• Ability to use basic electrical hand tools
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to lift, carry, and work in a physically demanding construction environment

• 3–5 years of commercial electrical experience
• Strong conduit bending skills
• Experience on large commercial or industrial new construction projects
• Experience installing lighting systems
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
