Gtatelecom is seeking a Field Service Technician for a 6-month contract in Mesa, Arizona. This role involves upgrading advanced commercial printers at various retail locations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of field service experience, particularly with commercial printers, and possess excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities include performing technical upgrades, troubleshooting equipment, and providing on-site support to clients. Candidates must be able to travel extensively and lift up to 50lbs. A background with Epson printers and Windows operating systems is a plus.
