Preventative Maintenance - NEW Hotel – $23 per hour with full-time benefits after 60 days. Studio Res by Marriott, Mesa, AZ. NOW OPEN under Common Oaks Lodging‑Concord Hospitality.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable maintenance person to join our team and provide maintenance and repair services to our facility.

• Conduct room inspections and identify repair needs.
• Conduct room checkout procedures (strip room, remove trash, PM room).
• Install or repair sheetrock and other wall coverings.
• Paint designated areas and items.
• Install and replace basic electrical fixtures, replace light switches, receptacles, light bulbs and fixtures.
• Repair furniture.
• Install, replace and program televisions.
• Perform minor plumbing functions.
• Replace and repair heating and cooling pumps as well as preventative maintenance on units.
• Trace and repair all types of water lines.
• Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment.
• Maintain repair and preventive maintenance records.
• Perform and maintain work to local, state and Federal codes.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Follow Service Recovery Guidelines.
• Notify General Manager of any major repairs or equipment needs.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a maintenance engineer or in a similar role.
• Skilled in a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high‑volume workload.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Job Type: Full‑time, 40 hours. Pay: up to $23 per hour.
