Join a fast-growing service team supporting mission-critical cooling systems for data centers and advanced industrial environments. You'll be hands-on with high-performance HVAC equipment, traveling to job sites, commissioning systems, and ensuring peak performance in the field.

This is a high-impact, travel-intensive role with strong earning potential through overtime and travel.

• Typical schedule:
  
  2 weeks in the field / 1 week home (flexible based on projects)

• Open to candidates based in:
  Texas (TX), Wisconsin (WI), Arizona (AZ)

• Primary project locations include:
  Abilene, TX;
  Amarillo, TX;
  Wisconsin (project-based);
  Mesa, AZ

• Earn $110K+ with consistent overtime + travel

• Work on cutting-edge cooling systems powering AI & data centers

• Travel to diverse, high-impact project sites

• Rework & Completion:
  Prepare and finalize units for field deployment, ensuring quality and readiness

• Start-Up & Commissioning:
  Perform electrical, mechanical, and controls verification (L2–L5)

• Field Service:
  Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC and cooling systems on-site

• Customer Support:
  Represent the company in the field with strong communication and professionalism

• Documentation:
  Complete service reports, track issues, and support continuous improvement

• 3–7+ years of experience in HVAC, field service, or industrial/mechanical systems

• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and controls systems

• Experience with commissioning/start-up is a plus

• Willingness to travel frequently (50–80%)

• Ability to work extended hours and overtime as needed

• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
