Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Comfort Experts is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. We specialize in delivering high‑level service across a wide range of commercial environments and are looking for a technician who takes pride in doing the job right the first time.

Mesa, AZ (Serving the Valley)

$25 – $50 per hour (based on experience)

• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Work across a variety of commercial environments (retail, office, industrial, critical systems, etc.)
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, management, and customers
• Maintain clean job sites and organized service vehicles

• Proven experience in commercial HVAC service
• Experience working on Water Source Heat Pump systems
• Equipment up to 40 tons
• Chiller system knowledge is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work in both critical and non‑critical environments
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Available for on‑call rotation and after‑hours standby as needed
• Reliable and able to work independently
