Data Center Technician (Cable Technician or Fiber Technician)
Sira, Mesa, AZ.
Responsibilities- Installs racks, patch panels, fiber optics, and grounding for equipment and cables.
- Performs continuity testing on horizontal and riser cables using volt‑ohmmeter and tone sets, and troubleshoots issues such as opens, crosses, shorts, and transposed pairs effectively.
- Calculates loss budgets per TIA/EIA standards and completes accurate documentation, including timesheets and work orders.
- Serves as a liaison with customer representatives while supporting process improvements.
