Empire Southwest seeks seasoned shop and field technicians to support Caterpillar equipment across our Arizona locations. This role requires hands-on experience with heavy equipment, a strong safety mindset, and ability to work in both shop and field environments.
We have 100+ openings throughout our 30+ locations in AZ, NV, and eastern CA. Responsibilities include diagnosing problems, performing repairs, coordinating with engineers, training technicians, and maintaining tools.
