Gardner-Watson Decking, Inc is seeking an experienced Ironworker to install and secure sheet metal decking on steel structures across multiple sites. You will perform shear stud installation and, when required, welding on decking while safely operating hand, power, pneumatic, and powder-actuated tools.
The role requires the ability to travel nationwide, lift 75 lbs, and work at heights over 40 feet, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork on outdoor jobsites.
