Lead Installer (Level
3)
The top of our installer career ladder before management. For the master craftsman who can handle our most complex jobs and mentor the next generation of installers.
Responsibilities- Lead the most complex installations—motorized drapery, hardwired Somfy and Power View, custom cornices, low‑voltage termination.
- Mentor Level 1 and Level 2 installers.
- Minimum 5 years of window treatment installation experience.
- Hunter Douglas Master Installer certification or equivalent.
- Real experience with Somfy/Power View/Comfortex/Alta motorization.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Annual salary: $70,000
.
