CVG Properties in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to support our on-site team. You will perform make-ready turns, repairs, appliance testing, and basic carpentry, while coordinating with the Community Manager to ensure timely move-ins.
This hands-on role requires some own tools, strong customer service, and availability for evenings or weekends as needed. Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred; EPA 608 certification encouraged.
