Home Provider​/Shared Provider

Mosaic Contractors seeks a Home Provider / Shared Living Provider to support residential construction and light maintenance projects across Chandler, Gilbert, and Mesa, AZ. In this field-based role, you will travel to client homes to perform minor carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and basic home improvements. You will follow safety standards, protect client property, and ensure clean, professional results. The position requires reliable transportation, strong communication with homeowners and supervisors, and the ability to work independently while meeting quality and schedule expectations.

Responsibilities

• Travel to homes in Chandler, Gilbert, and Mesa to complete assigned construction and repair tasks
• Perform minor carpentry, drywall, painting, and basic maintenance work
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas
• Communicate with clients about scope, timelines, and any issues
• Document work performed and materials used
• Coordinate with supervisors or project managers on scheduling and priorities
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Report safety hazards, property issues, or delays promptly
