Duties

• Perform comprehensive plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance on residential systems, including water lines, drains, fixtures, and appliances.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete repairs and installations efficiently.
• Conduct heavy lifting and physical tasks such as moving equipment or materials safely on construction sites or within homes.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to plumbing and HVAC systems using mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills.
• Follow safety protocols on construction sites or in customer homes to ensure a secure working environment.
• Communicate clearly with customers about work performed and provide handyman or remodeling advice when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven experience in construction plumbing, residential plumbing service work, or related fields with a strong understanding of plumbing systems.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, soldering, pipe threading tools, and reading schematics or blueprints.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work on construction sites or residential environments comfortably.
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred for travel between job sites.
• A variety of trades experience or assembly skills that support versatile service capabilities are a plus.
