HVAC Field Service Technician

Appliance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have HVAC or EPA certification, a clean driving record, and open availability. We offer training for those who meet the certification requirements but are new to the field. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of appliances and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair appliances and HVAC systems, including but not limited to refrigerators, ovens, washers, dryers, and air conditioning units.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of appliances and HVAC systems.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Operate company vehicles safely and maintain a clean driving record.
• Participate in training and stay updated on the latest industry advancements and techniques.

Qualifications:

• HVAC or EPA certification required.
• Previous experience as an appliance technician or similar role is a plus, but training is provided.
• Open availability with flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
• Clean driving record with a valid driver's license.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
