Arizona Tile and Stone Specialist | Phoenix Metro, on the road | Full-Time | $35,000 - $50,000 plus commission, tips and bonuses

We are a growing natural stone, tile and grout, and carpet cleaning company, and we are adding one technician to the team. We handle cleaning, sealing, stripping, honing, polishing and color seal work for residential and commercial customers across the Valley.

This is hands-on field work. You will be in customers' homes and businesses every day, running truck-mounted equipment, and representing us at every stop. If you take pride in a floor that looks better when you leave than anyone expected, we want to talk.

• Clean carpet, tile, grout and natural stone surfaces using the right method and equipment for each job.
• Perform floor care work including sealing, stripping, honing, polishing, color seal and buffing in residential and commercial spaces.
• Operate and maintain truck-mounted units and related cleaning equipment.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow all safety protocols.
• Drive to job sites across the Valley and deliver service on schedule.
• Keep the jobsite, company vehicle and warehouse clean and organized.
• Communicate clearly with customers, set expectations, and leave every job with the customer satisfied.

• 2+ years of experience in tile, carpet or natural stone cleaning. Required.
• Hands-on experience with truck-mounted units. Required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work.
• Clean driving record for the last 3 years.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Comfortable working solo and as part of a crew.
• Strong customer service instincts. You are professional, well-groomed and easy to have in someone's home.
• Fast learner, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Available for occasional night and weekend work.

Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional nights and weekends depending on customer needs. $35,000 to $50,000 per year depending on experience, plus commission, tips and bonuses.
