• Assist with daily site inspections of all Mechanical and Engineering systems and technical equipment, including servicing and maintenance.
• Ensure the site's environmental conditions provide a safe work environment.
• React to Building Management System alarms and complete emergency repairs as needed.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance (PM) and reactive maintenance on all equipment.
• Conduct routine quality checks for comprehensive maintenance records.

• Training in a Technical discipline with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing ladders.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills to calculate simple figures such as percentages and discounts.
