Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an Assistant Service Technician to join an established provider of commercial mechanical and HVAC solutions specializing in hydronic systems, equipment installation, maintenance, and service for commercial and industrial facilities.

Responsibilities- Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment as directed by senior technicians.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning optimally and report any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Travel to various job sites across Arizona to provide technical support as needed.
- Assist with inventory management and ensure tools and parts are available for scheduled maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Learn and apply new techniques and procedures to enhance service delivery.
- Must have a good driving record and pass a clean drug screen.
- Ability to perform physical labor and willingness to learn on the job.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with opportunities for overtime.
Benefits- Full benefits package.
- Company truck provided after the initial 90 days, contingent on a good driving record.
- Pay range: $21 - $26 per hour.
- Position requires travel to job sites across Arizona.
