The team partners closely with restoration contractors, property managers, and insurance professionals to protect assets, restore value, and help clients recover quickly after loss events.

This is a full-time, on-site Electronics and Appliances Pack-Out Technician role based in Mesa, AZ. The technician is responsible for safely identifying, tagging, and packing electronics and appliances from affected properties, following established chain-of-custody and documentation procedures. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with onsite inspection and basic testing, preparing items for transport, organizing secure storage areas, and maintaining accurate records of all items handled.

The role also involves coordinating with supervisors, restoration partners, and insurance representatives, ensuring clear communication about item status and timelines. The technician is expected to follow safety protocols, use proper handling equipment, and support the restoration team in achieving efficient, high-quality outcomes for clients.

• Strong foundation in electronics and electricity, with the ability to understand how devices and appliances function.
• Analytical skills to assess item condition, recognize potential hazards, and follow technical procedures accurately.
• Effective communication skills to interact professionally with team members, clients, and restoration partners.
• Relevant background in electrical engineering, electronics repair, or technical trades is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move electronics and appliances safely, and work in environments impacted by fire or water damage.
• Attention to detail in labeling, documentation, and chain-of-custody tracking for all items handled.
• Comfort using basic tools, test equipment, and cleaning systems as trained; willingness to learn company procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or vocational training in electronics are beneficial.
• Reliable transportation to the Mesa, AZ worksite and availability for occasional overtime based on project needs.
