Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a Mobile Auto Mechanic for a growing mobile automotive repair company servicing customers throughout the Phoenix Valley
. This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically inclined professional who can confidently diagnose and repair gas-powered vehicles while working independently in the field.
- $22.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE
- Potential for increased hours based on performance, attendance, and skill level
- Gas reimbursement and/or insurance assistance available
- Start Part-Time:
20-30 hours per week - Opportunity to grow into 35-50 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling available for the right candidate
- Based out of Mesa, AZ
- Mobile service position covering the entire Phoenix Metro Area
- Significant driving required throughout the Valley
- Diagnose and repair gas-powered vehicles at customer locations
- Perform maintenance and repairs on components including:
- Alternators
- Water pumps
- Belts and pulleys
- Starters
- Electrical systems
- General automotive repairs
- Troubleshoot vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and service needs
- Maintain a clean, organized mobile work environment
- Safely operate company equipment and vehicles when applicable
- Prior automotive mechanic experience required
- Ability to accurately diagnose vehicle issues with minimal supervision
- Experience working on gas-powered vehicles
- Must have reliable personal transportation
- Must provide own basic mechanic tools
- Strong work ethic, attendance, and reliability
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
- Automotive schooling, certifications, or vocational training are a plus
- Diesel mechanic experience is a plus but not required
This position is ideal for an entry-to-mid-level mechanic who has hands-on experience performing vehicle diagnostics and repairs but is looking to continue developing their skills. We are seeking someone dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while traveling throughout the Valley.
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00/hour DOE
Location: Mesa/Phoenix Metro Area (Mobile Service)
