Salary: $47,840 - $49,920
Schedule:
Mon - Fri 9 am - 5 pm
Job Summary:
The Program Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a transitional housing program serving individuals experiencing homelessness and housing instability. This position provides supervision, coaching, and support to assigned staff while ensuring quality participant services are delivered in a safe, respectful, and trauma-informed environment. Responsibilities include overseeing program operations, participant services, documentation, compliance, safety practices, and facility needs. The Program Supervisor helps ensure program goals, contractual requirements, and agency standards are consistently met.
Responsibilities:
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Behavioral Health, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
- Two (2) years of experience working in homeless services, shelter services, transitional housing, supportive housing, behavioral health, human services, or a related field required.
- One (1) year of experience providing supervision, lead work, program coordination, or team leadership preferred.
- Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, housing instability, behavioral health challenges, substance use disorders, trauma, or other barriers to self-sufficiency.
- Experience supporting participant services, program operations, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Experience preparing reports, maintaining records, and utilizing electronic documentation systems.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
