• Manage a family caseload of 25-30 cases
• Serve as Foster Parents Training Instructor (Rotation)
• Attend monthly consultations with families, including court hearings, Foster Care Review Board (FCRB) meetings, and Child and Family Team (CFTS) meetings
• Write home studies, renewals, midterms, and amendments
• Act as a liaison with DCS
• Participate in Emergency Phone Rotation
• Advocate for, educate, and support foster and adoptive families, serving as a community resource

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in the human services field and experience in Social Services
• Must have effective writing and excellent verbal communication skills
• Bilingual skills in Spanish (verbal and written) are a plus
• Must have reliable transportation for daily meetings outside the office
• Must possess a valid Arizona driver’s license, be at least twenty-one years old, and meet driver requirements specified by RISE Insurance Agency
• Must be able to complete a successful background check, drug screen test, and obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
