About the team
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the Protection department and leadership by reviewing and completing damage repair estimates. This role ensures file handling meets or exceeds all company guidelines and state requirements. The Auto Estimatics Specialist works closely with the Claims team and provides analysis, training, and program reviews of estimating providers.
What you will do- Review and complete repair estimates and partner with vendors to improve estimating accuracy using cost-effective repair techniques
- Review reporting and measurement methods to monitor vendor performance, including audits, and elevate performance issues as needed
- Influence long-term roadmap planning by gathering data from operational partners and translating it into detailed requirements
- Run monthly reporting on program results and share insights with the team
- Collaborate on special projects, change initiatives, and other business activities

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- 5+ years of relevant experience navigating complex or matrixed environments
- Experience with support solutions and processes in an auto claims environment
- Auto estimate software experience such as CCC, Mitchell, or Audatex
- I-CAR certification
- Four-year college degree
For this role, the target base salary range in Phoenix is $56,000–$70,000 annually. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits. In general, our ranges reflect the market-based target for new hire salaries based on the level and location of the role. Within the range, individual pay is determined by objective factors assessed during the application and interview process, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
