Full Stack Application Developer

Job Overview

Application Developers create and maintain technical solutions to challenging business problems, leveraging modern frameworks and best practices. This role collaboratively supports multiple applications within the Business Software Engineering organization using scaled agile methods.

• Work with customers, solution architects, and peers to design, develop, test, deploy and maintain technical solutions.
• Present technical solutions to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Assist team members with the implementation of technical solutions and troubleshooting technical issues.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with a university degree, or an advanced degree related to the field.
• Front‑end development experience with modern frameworks:
  Type Script (Angular, React or similar), CSS (Bootstrap, Font Awesome or similar), JavaScript (AngularJS, jQuery or similar).
• Back‑end development experience with technologies/frameworks such as Java, Python, .NET, MVC frameworks (Spring Boot, .NET Core, Flask or similar), ORM’s (JPA, EF Core or similar), Testing Frameworks (JUnit, Pytest, XUnit or similar).
• Experience with relational database management systems such as Oracle, MariaDB (MySQL) and/or SQL Server.
• Agile software development and CI/CD experience.
• Working knowledge of Object Oriented design patterns, cloud‑native architecture and database automation (e.g., Liquibase, EF Core Management or similar).
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Salary range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD. Eligible for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, parental leave, paid time off, holidays and potential annual incentive compensation.

This position is remote. Candidates must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories). Travel to the office may be required at select interview stages.
