Sports Performance Internship - Part-time, Unpaid

Arizona Athletic Grounds - Mesa, AZ

Unpaid - May Qualify for School Credit
15-20 hours/week | Early Mornings, Evenings, Weekends

Looking to break into the world of human performance, athletic training, strength & conditioning, or kinesiology? This is your chance to learn from experienced coaches in a high-energy sports facility while working hands-on with athletes of all ages and skill levels.

Whether you're aiming for a career in sports science, coaching, physical therapy, or performance training, this internship will give you valuable, resume-worthy experience.

What You'll Do

• Assist with training sessions - from setup to athlete coaching.
• Learn how to demonstrate proper form and cue athletes for success.
• Help track attendance, performance data, and progress.
• Support in facility and equipment maintenance.
• Shadow experienced strength & conditioning coaches.
• Build your professional network in the sports performance industry.

We're Looking For

• Passion for athlete development and sports performance.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, professional, and eager to learn.
• Basic knowledge of exercise technique (or willingness to be trained).
• CPR/AED certified or willing to obtain.
