Compensation:
Rent credit for 20 hrs/wk. Work schedule will vary, with activities generally occurring during weeknights and weekend days. The schedule is flexible in order to meet mutual needs. Please review our MS website prior to application:

This position is not eligible for additional benefits. The RD cannot use on-site facilities for private remuneration for cash or trade. Criminal background check and drug screening are required for all perspective employees.

• Coordination of recreation events specific to property needs
• Schedule and supervise evening and weekend recreation events including, but not limited to, tennis, sand volleyball, indoor/outdoor basketball, and fitness training
• Understand and follow company policies pertaining to your position
• Working under the direction of the Apartment Manager

• Enjoy working with people
• Event planning experience helpful, including calendar of events
• Depending on property needs: schedule and supervise evening & weekend recreational activities and/or instruct/coach sports including tennis, racquetball, sand volleyball, basketball and organize/coordinate team play
• Completion of company forms
