Looking for a CDL driver to drive a vac truck to and from job sites along with some hydro excavation work and storm drain cleaning. NO sanitary/sewer haul. Strictly storm water.
Job Duties:
- Operate hydrovac truck to standards
- Perform general cleaning and vacuuming tasks as assigned
- Maintain equipment—keep trucks clean and functional inside and out
- Perform minor repairs and conduct basic mechanical troubleshooting
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies
- Accurately read maps, site prints, and job specs
- Document all work and services performed on-site
- Work independently or collaboratively in field teams
Requirements:
- Class A or B CDL with Tanker and Air Brake endorsements
- Clean driving record in accordance with motor vehicle standards
- Previous experience operating hydrovac equipment is a plus
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable with minor equipment repairs
- Able to pass a work physical, background check, and drug screening
- Physically capable of lifting/moving up to 50+ lbs and handling tools
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions and within confined spaces
