Lead Mover - Driver

• Pay: $22 – $25 per hour, plus bonuses and tips
• Schedule: Full‑ and part‑time shifts available every Monday through Saturday

• Driving moving trucks up to 26'
• Leading and supervising movers on each job
• Being the main contact for customers and their belongings
• Assisting with moves while managing time, efficiency, and professionalism
• Following company policies and management instructions
• Adapting to changing move needs and environments
• Delivering an experience customers remember for the right reasons

• 2+ years of moving experience
• Experience driving a 26' moving truck
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 150 lbs)
• Basic knowledge of safety equipment usage
• Strong, professional leadership skills
• Punctual, reliable, and customer‑focused

Having a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
