Location: Mesa, AZ
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Position OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our warehouse team in Mesa, AZ. This role is primarily focused in the shipping department, with opportunities for cross-training in other warehouse areas over time. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies
- Communicate with customer representatives, service providers, and internal teams regarding shipments
- Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Ensure all shipments are properly labeled and packaged for safe delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Unload deliveries, sort materials, and stock received items
- Maintain accurate logs of daily movements, scan inventory, and ensure precise counts
- Organize stock by boxing and storing items in designated warehouse locations
- Provide backup support across shipping and receiving operations as needed
- Experience with scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing inventory
- Knowledge of receiving, stocking, packing, and loading processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and sense of urgency
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (some packages may be large)
- Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet programs
- Consistent Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends
