We're hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated local/semi-local dry van position based in Mesa, AZ
. This opportunity offers home nightly, weekends off, consistent freight, and a combination of mileage, hourly, and stop pay

Drivers operate preloaded dry van trailers on round-trip routes throughout the Phoenix metro area and surrounding cities, delivering freight on scheduled appointment times.

Drivers are paid using a combination of hourly pay, mileage pay, and stop pay, with pay increasing based on experience.

• $15.25/hour
• $0.42 CPM
• $10 stop pay

• $15.50/hour
• $0.43 CPM
• $10 stop pay

• $15.75/hour
• $0.44 CPM
• $10 stop pay

• $16.00/hour
• $0.45 CPM
• $10 stop pay

$1,200–$1,300+

Actual earnings vary based on miles, stops, hours worked, and experience.

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer
• Haul dedicated dry van freight on local and semi-local routes
• Pick up preloaded trailers
• Complete live unload deliveries at scheduled appointment times
• Operate round-trip routes returning to the terminal
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain DOT compliance and electronic logs
