• Reliability: Highly dependable and strictly punctual.
• Stamina: Ability to maintain a quick physical pace for a 10-hour shift.
• Positivity: A professional demeanor with customers and station partners.
• Flexibility: Ability to work a rotating schedule that includes weekends.

Job Requirements

• Age: Minimum 21 years old.
• License: Must have a valid, state-issued driver’s license (No CDL required).
• Physical: Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs. and enter/exit a cargo van roughly 180-200 times daily.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using a company-issued smartphone for navigation and logs.
• Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and proficient in English.
