Position: Logistics Clerk II
Location: East Mesa, Arizona (202 & Greenfield Rd)
Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Pay: $19.50 + $1.50 Differential for 2nd
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities
- Prepare, package, label, and document domestic and international shipments in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
- Coordinate outgoing freight, including hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
- Palletize, wrap, stage, and verify outbound shipments for accuracy.
- Receive incoming materials, unload trucks, verify documentation, and enter data into ERP systems.
- Move and store hazardous materials in designated areas following safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and support finished goods tracking.
- Generate invoices and electronic shipment notifications for customers.
- Support raw material flow and inspection staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 5+ years of manufacturing or warehouse logistics experience preferred (3+ years may be considered).
- Hands-on experience handling hazardous materials required.
- Active DOT and/or ICAO certification required.
- Sitdown forklift certification required.
- Strong ERP and inventory tracking experience.
- Proven job stability and strong tenure history.
- Must pass ATF compliance requirements, including:
- Drug screening (no marijuana use permitted).
- Background screening (no felony convictions).
