Warehouse Team Member (Day Shift)

Hillyard, Inc. is currently hiring a Warehouse Team Member to join our Operations team in Mesa, AZ
.

Looking for a steady job where you can stay active and be part of a strong team?

If you like hands-on work, moving throughout your day, and getting the job done right—this could be the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Receive and stock incoming inventory
• Pick and pull orders accurately for customer shipments
• Prepare LTL and small parcel shipments
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Communicate with team members to keep operations running smoothly

What You Bring:

• Warehouse experience (preferred, but not required)
• Ability to operate or learn warehouse equipment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stay active and work on your feet
• Basic computer skills (scanning, email, or system use)
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication
