Picking Clerk - 2nd Shift

As a Picking Clerk, you are the heartbeat of our fulfillment process. You will use a voice-pick system to locate, pull, and package merchandise accurately. Your goal is to ensure every customer order is correct, high-quality, and ready for departure. We are looking for a proactive worker who doesn't just "find" items but takes pride in accuracy and warehouse safety.

• Locate and pull merchandise accurately using voice-pick technology.
• Research and report any inventory shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor to maintain a high fill rate.
• Organize and stage picked merchandise in designated areas, proactively managing space constraints.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and immediately report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, including general custodial duties and trash detail as assigned.
