Warehouse Receiving Clerk

Concordance Healthcare Solutions is hiring a Full‑Time Warehouse Receiving Clerk in our Mesa, AZ location. The primary role is to unload, sort, and check in freight with a high degree of accuracy, move palletized product from the receiving area to the correct warehouse location, and rotate material as needed.

• Responsible for the timely unloading of incoming trucks, as well as accurately sorting and checking in of freight and breaking down of product as needed.
• Learn and execute all aspects involved in the operation of the Receiving Department.
• Successfully learn and perform scanning process (RF) in receiving, utilizing handheld electronic devices to record quantities and locations.
• Adheres to all customer requests according to established policies.
• Maintains a clean, orderly work environment; cleans and straightens while performing general duties; performs general custodial assignments and follows the established cleaning schedule; reports damages or disorderly areas to supervisor.
• Works proactively to foster and maintain a positive team‑oriented atmosphere at all times and promotes the goals and common good of the company.
• Operates all warehouse equipment efficiently and safely to avoid injury to personnel and equipment; reports all mechanical issues to supervisor upon discovery and maintains equipment as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous warehouse/distribution experience is preferred.
• Previous order picker/fork lift experience is highly desired.
• Ability to operate or willing to learn how to operate powered industrial equipment, including an order picker, walker‑rider, and an electronic pallet jack; willingness to work at heights up to 25 feet.
• Attention to detail is crucial for this position.
• Basic math skills required.
• Must be able to perform all physical motions including bending, reaching, stretching, pushing carts, standing or walking for long periods (often over 8 hours), and lifting as much as 50 lbs or more.
• Successfully pass a pre‑employment (post offer) background check and drug screening.
