• Timely unloading of incoming trucks, accurately sorting and checking in freight, and breaking down product as needed.
• Learn and execute all aspects involved in the operation of the Receiving Department.
• Successfully learn and perform scanning processes (RF) in receiving using handheld electronic devices to accurately record quantities and locations.
• Adhere to all customer requests according to established policies.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work environment, perform general custodial assignments, and report damages or disorderly areas to a supervisor.
• Work proactively to foster and maintain a positive, team‑oriented atmosphere.
• Operate all warehouse equipment efficiently in a safe manner to avoid injury to personnel and equipment, reporting any mechanical issues and maintaining equipment as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous warehouse/distribution experience is preferred.
• Previous order picker/fork lift experience is highly desired.
• Ability or willingness to operate powered industrial equipment such as an order picker, walker‑rider, and electronic pallet jack; capable of working at heights up to 25 feet.
• Attention to detail is crucial for this position.
• Basic math skills required.
• Physical capability to bend, reach, stretch, push carts, stand or walk for long periods or entire shifts (often over 8 hours) and lift as much as 50 lbs or more.
• Successfully pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screening.
