Seasonal Warehouse Associate

Overview

Safelite, a leading auto‑glass company, is hiring a Fulfillment Center (FC) Associate I to support the distribution of glass parts to field technicians. The role focuses on quality inspections, packing, and warehouse operations to meet strict shipping timelines.

Shift: Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat 1PM – 11:30PM.

Pay:
Starting at $19/hour, plus shift premium for 3PM–11PM ($1.50/hour) and 11PM–5AM ($2.00/hour). Weekly payday each Friday.

• Perform quality inspections and prepare glass parts for shipment by cleaning, buffing, taping, and repairing damaged glass.
• Conduct daily warehousing tasks such as building maintenance and cleaning.
• Adhere to all safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Build steel pallets and prepare them for inventory replenishment.
• Assist with basic inventory preparation and bin maintenance.
• Contribute to outbound pack floor operations and maintain a secure, clean work area.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.

• Minimum age 18.
• Comfortable working in a stationary position for long shifts and in varying environmental conditions.
• Physical ability to move or raise objects weighing up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Reliably punctual with consistent attendance.
• Positive attitude focused on exceptional service.
