Advosy Home is seeking a dependable, hard‑working Operations Assistant to support our Warehouse, Fleet, and Facilities department. This is an excellent opportunity for a student, intern, recent graduate, or someone looking to gain hands‑on experience in operations management, logistics, inventory, and facilities.

No two days are the same. Responsibilities may include:

• Organizing warehouse inventory and materials
• Stocking supplies and equipment
• Inputting inventory and updating records
• Cleaning and organizing company vehicles
• Assisting with fleet organization and vehicle readiness
• Sweeping and maintaining warehouse areas
• Basic facility upkeep and organization
• Running company errands and picking up supplies
• Supporting special projects as needed

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Self‑starter who can work independently
• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy
• Organized and detail‑oriented
• Good common sense and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable with both office tasks and hands‑on work
• Bonus points for those with excel experience that can also work a forklift

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable with Excel

• $20/hour
• Flexible schedule (approximately 20-30 hours per week)
• Typical hours are around 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Gas card or mileage reimbursement
• Use of company vehicle while working
• Mentorship and hands‑on training
• Opportunity to grow into a full‑time role as the department expands
