Overview

Supports reverse logistics and repair operations through the receipt, processing, movement, and disposition of returned materials. Performs inventory transactions, material handling, inspection, and administrative activities necessary to maintain efficient returns operations and support customer commitments. Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy, timely processing, and adherence to established procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, sort, and process returned materials and repair-related inventory.
  • Perform SAP transactions associated with reverse logistics activities, inventory movements, and material disposition.
  • Prepare materials for shipment, transfer, return to stock, or disposal in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and adherence to work instructions.
  • Coordinate with Repair, Transportation, Customer Service, and Warehouse Operations teams to resolve material-related issues.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist with corrective actions when necessary.
  • Operate material handling equipment and safely move materials throughout the warehouse environment.
  • Support cycle counting, inventory audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year of warehouse, inventory control, manufacturing, or reverse logistics experience preferred.
  • Ability to accurately perform transactions within ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull materials in accordance with warehouse requirements.
  • Commitment to following safety procedures and established work instructions.
Additional Skills (Advantageous)
  • Previous experience supporting returns, repair, or reverse logistics operations.
  • Experience working with SAP or other enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment.
  • Familiarity with inventory reconciliation and cycle count activities.
  • Experience participating in process improvement initiatives.

This position supports the Mesa Distribution Center's Returns and Reverse Logistics operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring returned materials are processed accurately and efficiently to support customer commitments, inventory integrity, and overall operational performance. Experience with in Mitel operations and familiarity with established returns processes are considered valuable assets for success in this role.

Hourly Range: $17.78-$19.86 per hour
