Material Handler 3 – Intermediate Warehousing position

8046 E Ray Rd, Mesa, AZ (RDC)

Shift: 2B – Thursday to Saturday and every other Wednesday, 5:00pm to 5:00am. Flexible weekend and overtime availability required.

• Complete all warehousing activities including receiving, shipping, manufacturing support, and inventory control in compliance with Safety, cGMP, and Quality Standard Operating Procedures.
• Perform and maintain material movement transactions in ERP/WMS, including cycle counts, receipts, and shipments.
• Investigate and resolve shipping or receiving issues usingERP/WMS systems.
• Operate pallet jacks, stand‑up reach trucks, sit‑down reach trucks, turret trucks, electric rider jacks, and box trucks; obtain and hold certification on multiple material handling equipment types.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight and support international shipping activities.
• Cross‑train in multiple warehouse functions (receiving, shipping, inventory control). Assist in implementing process improvement ideas.
• Lead daily team meetings to review performance and workload. Assign activities based on leadership priorities.
• Provide hands‑on training to new or temporary employees on warehouse functions.
• Create and run basic reports on performance metrics. Investigate and resolve basic customer requests from internal partners.
• Support Material Handler 2 activities and act as a liaison between supervisors and team members.
• Work with raw materials, dangerous goods, WIP materials, finished goods, returned goods, R&D materials, and other product types.

• 4–6 years of related experience in a material handling role.
• Minimum 1 year experience using Oracle/WMS or 2 years using another ERP/WMS system.
• 1+ year experience operating electric powered material handling equipment.
• Basic computer data entry skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel (tables, sorting, filtering).
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong mathematical and problem‑solving skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
