Shipping Clerk

Full‑time position located in Mesa, AZ. Working Monday‑Friday 8:00 am–4:00 pm; overtime may be required.

• Work high‑accuracy UPS/ Fed‑Ex orders daily via Process Weaver system.
• Palletize, sort, receive inbound shipments and freight with RF Gun and assist daily stocking.
• Ship customer returns to vendors.
• Maintain knowledge of custom palletization and labeling; adhere to customer requests per policy.
• Report inventory discrepancies, investigate short products, maintain high fill rate.
• Complete all paperwork per procedure.
• Build and consolidate pallets on skids, secure with strapping, bracing, or padding; load onto trucks.
• Prepare transfer orders for scheduled shipments via Order Manager and external carriers (hire truck, LTL, UPS, Fed‑Ex).
• Operate warehouse equipment safely; report issues; maintain equipment as assigned.
• Build relationships and communicate with internal key members.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent education/experience.
• Prior warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
• Demonstrated excellent attendance.
• Basic math skills.
• Physical ability to perform typical order‑picker motions; lift up to 60 lbs or more; push/pull carts up to 100 lbs repeatedly; work over 8‑hour shifts; accommodation available if needed.
• Stress tolerance in fast‑paced, changing environment; positive attitude.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
