Adecco is currently hiring a Shipping & Warehouse Associate for our client, in Mesa, AZ. This is a hands‑on position that combines shipping and warehouse responsibilities. Candidates must have recent shipping experience and be comfortable performing both computer‑based tasks and physical warehouse work.

• Process domestic and retail shipments using UPS Worldship
• Work with domestic freight shipments, including Amazon shipments and Amazon Vendor Central
• Prepare and process domestic and international shipments
• Assist with packing, pouching, and labeling shipments
• Build and assemble shipping boxes as needed
• Wrap and strap pallets for both domestic and international shipments
• Support warehouse operations and maintain an organized work area
• Accurately enter and update shipment information using computer systems

• Recent shipping and logistics experience required
• Experience using UPS Worldship preferred
• Familiarity with freight shipping processes and Amazon Vendor Central is a plus
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Basic computer skills required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow shipping procedures
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

This is not solely a computer‑based shipping role. Candidates must be comfortable with physical warehouse duties, including:

• Wrapping and strapping pallets
• Packing and preparing shipments
• Building boxes
• Lifting, moving, and handling shipping materials throughout the shift
• Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
