Material Handler Sun- Tues

Responsibilities

Intermediate material handler performing a variety of warehouse functions including receiving, shipping, manufacturing support, and inventory control in compliance with Safety, cGMP, and Quality Standard Operating Procedures.

• Transactions in ERP/WMS system (shipping, cycle counts, material receipts, shipments); investigate and resolve shipping or receiving issues.
• Operate pallet jacks, stand‑up and sit‑down reach trucks, turret trucks, electric rider jacks, and box trucks to unload/load material and transport it between areas.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight and support international shipping activities.
• Perform intermediate Excel functions such as creating tables, sorting, and filtering data.
• Cross‑train in multiple warehouse functions such as receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
• Assist in implementing process improvement ideas and lead daily team meetings to review performance and workload.
• Provide hands‑on training to new or temporary employees on warehouse functions.
• Assign activities to team members based on priorities set by leadership.
• Create and run basic reports around performance metrics.
• Investigate and resolve basic customer requests from internal partners.

• 4+ years of experience in a material handling role.
• 1 year utilizing Oracle/ERP/WMS or 2 years completing transactions in another ERP/WMS system.
• 1+ year operating electric‑powered material handling equipment.
• Basic computer data entry skills and understanding of Microsoft Office.
• Capability to obtain a forklift certification.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong mathematical and problem‑solving skills.

Salary: $19.51 – $29.23 per hour.

Work Schedule:

Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime; hours and shifts are subject to change. Shift 1A:
Sun–Tue, every other Wednesday; can work anytime from 5:00am–5:00pm.

0‑5% travel required.

Typically requires a minimum of 4‑6 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
